Letter of Indemnity TEMPLATE

This template can be used for beneficiaries to sign when interim distributions are made either before or after a grant of probate has been sought but an estate is not yet finalised. This is important where you are needing to be protected against a distribution that a beneficiary pushes for (as their right) but where you are not confident that the estate is ready to be finalised/distributed.
