You should use this template if you want to refuse your inheritance or you have a beneficiary as part of your matter wanting to disclaim their inheritance. This should be signed by the beneficiary and kept on file so that there is written proof the beneficiary understands the decision is irrevocable. You should advise they seek legal advice before doing so, so you can be sure they understand!
